What we do to to help you ride like a pro...Fitlab Performance Assessment Cycling - pro level testing for everyone $180
Providing essential physiological data to evaluate your cycling performance. Retest every 8 weeks to monitor improvements and re-evaluate zones. Fitlab tests are the same tests you read about pro riders undertaking. Whether it’s with athletes of the recent past with the now infamous Ferrari testing Lance Armstrong or Massimo Testa tracking Cadel Evans or more recently Sky and it’s riders, lactate testing is the gold standard. No testing is more accurate or better able to predict performance than lactate testing.

- Predicted VO2 max
- Peak aerobic power
- Peak lactate
- Body composition (body fat %, body water%, muscle mass, visceral fat rating, metabolic age, body fat and muscle mass information for each arm/leg/trunk area)
- Resting heart rate
- Resting blood pressure
