I am a 47 year old Masters cyclist, competing in road and track cycling. Although I am relatively new to the sport, having ridden competitively for only four years now, with the help of Fitlab I have been able to achieve success at both Regional and National level including podium finishes in the North Island Trust house series  and a sixth place in the World Masters Games in Auckland this year. With regular testing and a personalised training plan from Fitlab that has been specifically adapted to work around my busy career as a doctor as well as my family commitments as a father of four children, they have helped me to best utilise my available time to train in the most effective way. The team at Fitlab not only understand the science behind the sport, they understand how to apply this knowledge to the real world to get results.
